1. Services
Catering Nearby provides premium catering services including South Indian and North Indian cuisine for events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events, housewarming ceremonies, house parties, and family gatherings. We also accept customized bulk food orders.
2. Booking & Inquiries
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- Confirmed bookings require agreement on menu, pricing, delivery details, and advance payment as applicable.
- Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your inquiry.
3. Pricing
- Package prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on location, event size, customization, and specific requirements.
- Final pricing will be provided after discussion with our team and will be confirmed in writing before any booking is finalized.
- House party and bulk food orders are priced based on quantity, dishes, and delivery requirements.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms including advance amounts and payment modes will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.
- An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
- Balance payment is typically due before or on the day of the event.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are generally non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated at least 5 days in advance.
- Refund processing may take 7-10 business days.
6. Food & Quality
- We are committed to preparing fresh, hygienic, and high-quality food for every order.
- Menu items may vary slightly based on seasonal ingredient availability.
- Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
- We are not liable for allergic reactions if allergies are not communicated in advance.
7. Delivery & Setup
- Delivery timings will be agreed upon during the booking process.
- The client is responsible for providing adequate space and access for catering setup at the venue.
- Any delays due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, venue access issues) are not our liability.
8. Website Usage
- All content on this website including text, images, and design is owned by Catering Nearby and protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
- We reserve the right to modify or update website content at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Catering Nearby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
